The teaching staff is carefully selected and includes teachers, choreographers, rehearsal managers, a producer and an administrative manager who accompany the track dancers throughout the school years with an emphasis on attentive dialogue and a close and nurturing interpersonal relationship. The training period is accompanied by rehearsal directors, each with his own class and providing a broad and consistent view of the personal development of each student in the studio and outside. Along with strict technique and high performance skills, great emphasis is placed on individualism and empowering personal creative expression.
We believe that exposure to a rich, broad and relevant repertoire for today’s dance practice, which combines contemporary dance from around the world alongside diverse Israeli creations and work with creators with a unique fingerprint, stimulates senses, thought and inspiration. As an essential part of the pedagogical concept, which is reflected in the curriculum, the students of the track meet for group and individual work with dancers, choreographers, artists and creators from all over the world and from different and touching practices. The learned repertoire changes and is adapted every year to the unique needs of the group and the individual in a way that will strengthen, perfect and advance each and every one of the participants of the program.
